Our fulfillment and shipping processes are designed to deliver orders as quickly as possible. Our orders are sent to our warehouses or vendor warehouses throughout the day for fast shipping. Once an order has gone through this process it is not possible to change or cancel an order once it has entered our shipping process.

If you would like to cancel or change your order, please call us at 1-800-237-4626 as soon as possible.

If we are unable to accommodate your needs, you are welcome to return any unwanted merchandise in its original packaging and condition to receive a full refund.

Returns & Exchanges.

We unconditionally guarantee all merchandise for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused merchandise for a prompt refund online.

Free Exchanges**
If you would like to exchange your item for something that better fits your needs we can take care of this for you without shipping charges. Just give us a call within 30 days of receiving your order and we will take care of the return and get you the product you need.

Return Policy*
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or have simply changed your mind, we offer a 30-day return policy on any unused items. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-237-4626 for a return authorization number.

Upon receipt of your items, a refund will be issued for the amount of your returned items and any applicable taxes. The original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Your refund will be processed within two business days of the receipt of merchandise.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
A $10.00 restocking fee will be applied to all orders canceled or refused after the shipping date.
If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy where the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

*All merchandise must be in new unused condition in the original carton with all information and tags attached or a $10.00 restocking fee will be applied.
*Returns will not be valid without a Return Authorization number.
* Offer not available on items being returned from outside the contiguous United States, bulk orders where a restocking fee may be applied by the manufacturer, or any personalized merchandise.
**For Free exchange, replacement item must be for 75% of original purchase value.

Defective Merchandise:
If you receive merchandise that you view as defective, please contact us prior to using the merchandise. We will examine the unused merchandise, and if a defect exists we will replace the merchandise for you free of charge. If the product has been used, repair or replacement will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.
