We process your order as fast as possible and we will update you with any shipping or out of stock issues Immediately. In transit times will vary depending on where the item is shipping from. While most items are shipped from our warehouse some items are shipped directly from the manufactures warehouse which are located throughout the United States. Products shipping from vendor warehouses can take 4-6 additional business days to process and ship. Regardless of where the item is shipping from we process the order same day and make sure we get it to you as soon as possible.

We offer FREE Ground Shipping (7-10 days) within the Continental United States on all orders exceeding $99.00*.
*A shipping and handling charge of $8.95 will be added to any order under $99.00. Alaska and Hawaii not included. See below.

Expedited Shipping*
We also offer expedited shipping options including 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select options that provide delivery of your item'(s) in 2-3 days from the day it is shipped which can depend on that items current stock situation. Expedited delivery charges are based on your number of items. Please see tables below for rates. Expedited orders usually ship within 2 business days of your order.

What do I do if I want to return an item?

We unconditionally guarantee all merchandise sold for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused merchandise for a prompt refund online.

Free Exchanges*
If you would like to exchange your item for something that better fits your needs we can take care of this for you without shipping charges. Just give us a call within 30 days of receiving your order and we will take care of the return and get you the product you need. *To qualify for the Free exchange the replacement order must be at least 75% value of the original order.

Return Policy*
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or have simply changed your mind, we offersa 30-day return policy on any unused items. Please email our Customer Service Department or call 1-800-237-4626 for a return authorization number.

Once you have received your authorization number, please ship your items to:

Upon receipt of your items, a refund will be issued for the amount of your returned items and any applicable taxes. The original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Your refund will be processed within two business days of the receipt of merchandise.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
A $10.00 restocking fee will be applied to all orders canceled or refused after the shipping date.
If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy where the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
