“Customer service was fantastic. They knew all about the models I was interested in, told me about features I did (and did not!) know I needed and helped me choose the piece of luggage that I bought. Knowing that returns and exchanges would be effortless made the decision easier. It arrived and I love it! I highly recommend them - best prices on the internet and real, live people answer the phone quickly. 

“I’m writing to sing the praises of your customer support team. I contacted support to get an update on an order I placed and Tom has gone above and beyond my expectations! He informed me that he would contact the supplier to check the status of the inventory and would call me “right back” (I was skeptical at best that this would actually happen). Not only did he call me back within a few minutes but then proceeded to tell me that unfortunately the supplier was closed for the day and he would try again in the morning. I just got off the phone with Tom and am thrilled with the updates and am so impressed with his professionalism and dedication to getting answers. What a star! I had ordered a bag from another dealer and it had been confirmed to be in stock. Ten days later (5 days before Christmas) I got an E-mail telling me that they really didn't have the merchandise and that it would not be coming. At that juncture I went here and ordered the same bag. That bag was shipped that very day and is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. How's that for taking care of customers? I was pretty impressed.  

Their prices are very competitive and if you find a lower price, they will honor that price. Their customer service is outstanding and each person you talk with actually know who you are! I have ordered Eagle Creek luggage through them and even though most of my pieces have been on backorder (not there fault) they have been great at keeping me updated on expected delivery. The only way I would order from any one else is if for some reason they didn't carry what I needed. I HIGHLY recommend them.  

You can easily reach a knowledgeable person. They return calls when they say they will. They do match prices. They were absolutely wonderful to work with and highly recommend them. 

There sale beat every other retailer I researched (at least for the piece I purchased). Their sale was so great that I was willing to risk having the item shipped all the way from California and possibly not reaching me in New York City in time for my travel trip. But I'm so glad I took the risk, because, not only did it come in time, it arrived with plenty of time to spare. All this and with free shipping! Customer service was courteous and prompt as well. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Thanks!
